Lgbt people , especially transgender people of color, are subjected to a tremendous amount of harassment and brutality in the US. The best defense is a good offense. It is tremendously gratifying to see oppressed people fight back. This specific example can be far more effective than liberal lgbt "non-profits" like the HRC.What does "same sex marriage rights" or the repeal of DADT mean if one is treated like an animal every time they step out in public?
