We have a judge (Malte)

then a Jury which must be neutral so choose people from different sides of the political divide (Raegan Lives & co as well as socialists) or choose people randomly.

Then we have a trial where each side presents it's view.

yea... actually your quite right there Agusto... it would be a 'Show trial'... There are only a few people that would be willing to step up in his defence. And there is no such thing as an impartal jury here as everone in a sence is a victom.

I have no authority to claim who should be "eliminated from society," but I generally think that people who believe that they do have the authority should stop and think about it first. If any one wants to see how a Manichean outlook (i.e. Vox's good vs. evil) leads to violence DaNatural just demonstrated part of the thought process.
