group assignments in school

so basically i despise group work at school because by being one of the more studious people in my class, i end up in situations where i have to do all the work or have to be extremely patient explaining the class material to well-meaning people but undisciplined kids (by undisciplined i mean slackers). it fucking sucks. can anyone who's ever been in my situation offer advice on this matter?

I can sympathize with you.I too hate group work.I just think it is a great waste of time.Maybe for some people it is helpful to their learning style but for me I would much prefer to work by myself so that everything is my own responsibility.Besides,when people work in groups it is just hard to focus as there is far too much noise in the classroom.

Don't take school seriously. Go through the motions, do enough to get to the next level successfully. Never let your schooling interfere with your education.

watch some community episode and look at how jeff winger do it!

talk to your teatcher about it, explain him that, you did a lot of efforts, and you shouldnt get a bad grade regardless.
