I've spent so much time reading anarchist theory in the last few days. I'm reaching a point of frustration because I can't seem to find a simple model or diagram that explains how such an arrangement would work. I've tried to include a diagram of the US government as an example of the sort of thing I'm looking for, hopefully it will appear.
I could use any help anyone would be willing to give me. I'm not looking for more talk about workers councils or bottom up systems. Just a nice simple picture. Theory can only go so far, I want to see a real world implementation model.

Well, it depends on what tendency of anarchism you look at. Individualism would be a blank piece of paper. How ever Anarcho-Communism would most likely involve a major party followed by a series of worker's councils. Anarcho-Syndicalism however would function with trade unions instead. Both would incorporate direct democracy.

So two of the three systems you describe would have some mechanism for a limited command structure in society?

Essentially. It just won't come in as a form of state or government.

o well this is ok I guess

"Down with models!"

But on a more serious note, you could just take all the theory you've read and construct your own model out of it.

That too. It's still a theory, so we can't tell you the absolute, but just a few guesses. You could also look into the methods of Anarchist Catalonia and the Ukrainian Free Territory, though there's not that much info on either of them due to them being rather short lived.

This isn't exactly a theoretical elaboration in terms of the ideology and mechanics of Anarchism, but it's an interesting video nonetheless:

Everyone generally has their own ideas of how exactly it should be organized.

I would suggest you to read these two books:
http://www.amazon.com/Nestor-Makhno-Anarchys-Cossack-Struggle-1917-1921/dp/1902593685
http://www.amazon.com/Anarchists-Spanish-Revolution-Jose-Peirats/dp/0900384530/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1317340976&sr=1-1

They could offer you some answers about how did anarchists did something in their past when theory and practice become one (or not) ;)
