Where would be the best country to go?

You're asking what foreign land you should go to to because you want to overthrow a government? Any ol' government?

I'd check your privilege on this one.

Latin America of course. I'd pick Colombia, you'd have a lot of fun with all the cocaine.

How about the country who's people you care about the most? Revolutions aren't started for the fun of it, they are started out of the needs and wants of the people.

These needs and wants being freedom, equality, and justice.

Implying that guerrilla warfare is even viable for socialist development.

Before you even think of going to a foreign county, ask yourself (this is just off the top of my head):
1. Are you physically fit?
2. Do you have any skills or experience that can help the guerrillas?
3. Are you used to the local climate?
4. Do you know the local language(s)?
5. Do you have any contacts there? If not, where will you stay? How will you earn a living? How will you pass immigration control? Are you sure you could contact the guerrillas there?
6. Are you willing to risk your life for the guerrillas' cause?

If the answer to any of these questions is "no" or "I don't know", then you'll probably end wasting a lot of time and money at best or doing the guerrillas more harm than good at worst.

To add to this already good list how comfortable are you moving through rough terrain with a 60-100lbs kit? Familiarity with firearms? Actually I would go beyond familiarity you would likely need to know basic cleaning and maintenance. How quietly can you move through rough terrain while packing 60-100lbs kit? Also you should probably accept you will likely get terribly sick once you get in country due to parasites in the water or somewhere else you are not used to encountering them.

...why the fuck would you do that?

Revolutions are not carried out by small, armed bands roaming the countryside. Rather, they are necessarily class actions. A revolution is the overthrow of a class by another. Working class revolution can only be achieved by class-conscious workers (that is, those with the fundamental awareness of their common position in class society and the actions they can collectively take to overthrow the ruling class and free themselves) acting in their own interests.

How's an insignificant band of warriors going to change production relations? How are they going to ensure the rule of the working class, and in the aforementioned process, the abolition of all classes?

Whilst pretty much reserved for criticising terrorism as a tactic to further the ideological goals of anarchists, the phrase "You Can't Blow Up A Social Relationship" also has a place here in the context of guerrilla warfare, because you just fucking can't do it.

Make sure to get your parents permission, first.
Guerrillas can't take you on the bus unless they have your permission slip and emergency contact info.
And you have to pack your own lunch.

California. Lots of forests, rolling hills, big cities for all your urban guerrilla needs, and has a bustling underground weapons market and a huge drug market if you need help financing The People's struggle.

Run into the nearest forest and start shooting at any federal vehicle that drives by...

No but seriously, guerrilla warfare is a serious thing, and the chances of guerrilla fighters accepting you into their ranks is slim to none, as far as they know you may be a government agent. If you are really sure you want to do this, I would suggest going with the FARC, or the Marxists in India. Btw, guerrilla warfare sucks ass and chances of dying from something like dysentery or malaria are high. I suggest wait it out for an uprising in your neck of the woods. The way the world is going it seems shit's about to hit the fan pretty soon anyway.

You really need to wait for a revolution to erupt in another country before you can support it in that way. Otherwise, try to get your country to the point of revolution.
