Yeah, I have to agree. Tyler the Creator repeatedly raps about raping people which is often defended by politically correct hipsters as "ironic" or "making a point", but I read an interview with him in The Guardian where he basically denied there was any irony to it - he just likes to rap about raping women.

I love hip-hop, but rapping about rape is lame. It was lame when Eminem did it, it's lame now.

Love 'em, but I didn't like Goblin. I'd say my favorite releases are, in order, EARL, Bastard, Radical, BlackendWhite, and Rolling Papers.

I find Tyler's personas fascinating. Tyler, the 19 year-old emotional roller coaster; Wolf Haley, the rapist and murderer; and Doctor TC, Tyler's conscience. It's weird. Some weeks I think he's a genius, others I think he's an annoying little fuck.

Probably because Skrewdriver actually promotes Neo-Nazi views while Odd Future are just being shocking. However, I don't think you have to agree with art to appreciate art, it defeats the whole purpose.

This is some pretty basic stuff here.
