Interesting, if correct. Several African nations seems to have a whole lot of Russians coming in.

I'm not sure but aren't Russian professionals hella involved with a lot of infrastructure projects throughout Africa in the Middle East? I'm talking like Desalination plants, Nuclear plants, etc. etc. etc.

Interesting that a notbale amount of migrants to North Korea come from South Korea yet there isn't a mention of North Koreans immigrating to South Korea. That's a bit surprising.

I imagine it's a little harder leaving North Korea than it is South Korea.

Most of the N. Koreans who want to get the hell out of N. Korea travel through China.

He's right, the border at the north is surprisingly poorly guarded. It's relatively impossible to cross over at the south without either being shot (by the north or the south), exploded by a mine, or spotted and captured.

Exactly, which I find rather fascinating. To elaborate, since I have time to spare:
Algeria: 8.336 Russians (Only non-African and non-Middle Eastern immigrant group)
Angola: 1.647 Russians
Cameroon: 2.126 Russians, 1.033 Ukrainians (Only non-African immigrant groups)
Cape Verde: 146 Russians
Chad: 351 Russians (Largest non-African immigrant group)
Congo (Democratic republic): 36.044 Russians (Largest immigrant group)
Comoros: 129 Russians
Egypt: 10.448 Russians
Gambia: 656 Russians (Largest non-African immigrant group)
Lesotho: 124 Russians (Only non-African immigrant group)
Malawi: 2.774 Russians
Mauritius: 119 Russians
Morocco: 4.666 Russians (Only non-African and non-Middle Eastern immigrant group)
Mozambique: 6.478 Russians
Namibia: 3.766 Russians (By far largest non-African immigrant group)
Niger: 813 Russians (Only non-African immigrant group)
Réunion: 1.356 Russians, 659 Ukrainians
Rwanda: 271 Russians
Sao Tome and Principe: 77 Russians
Seychelles: 140 Russians
South Africa: 54.236 Russians, 26.356 Ukrainians (Only non-African immigrant groups)
Swaziland: 754 Russians, 367 Ukrainians (Only non-African immigrant groups)
Togo: 1.133 Russians
Zimbabwe: 20.890 Russians
I probably missed quite a few, given that some of those countries/dependencies are too small to click, dammit. Also noticed a very large amount of Mexicans, Indians, Chinese and Portugese in many of the countries.

Why would all those Cubans move to Haiti?

Reminds me of the documentary Darwin's Nightmare (not a creationist documentary or anything), which is about, among other things, Russians smuggling weapons into Africa under the pretense of buying fish. I really, really recommend the movie, btw, and I think it would work wonderfully as anti-capitalist propaganda.
