20,000 civilians killed in Paris commune
1 million dead civilians in Iraq from Iraq War (approx)
25 million dead as a result of Nazism
Indigenous Aztecs killed ~14 million during only the first arrival of the Spanish
Many more indigenous slaughters amounting to what many believe is around 114 million deaths (very hard to estimate the actual number, but it occured over the process of several centuries)
15 million children starve every year from the conditions created by capitalism
287 million people have starved in India since its independence
In a couple of seconds several hundred-thousand lives were lost during the second atomic bomb
WWI (campaigned for exclusively by capitalists and campaigned against almost exclusively by socialists) killed 40+ million people
Indonesia killed 200-300k East Timorese people after receiving a green light from the United States. Haliburton and Exxon pulled killer profits. I think that there were billions in oil and construction deals with American corporations to follow.
Also someone needs to make a sticky for this because it is continually asked, and of course sources to back it up.

The best example of Free-Market Capitalism is also one of the best examples of what you are looking for, which is unlikely to be a coincidence, namely, The Anglo-Belgian Rubber Trading Corporation.
The ABRTC was a for-profit, stock-issuing corporation that operated out of the Belgian Congo area (circa 1900 C.E.). It was completely free of all government control and regulation in that area. Typically, it had a profit margin of 10-1 (for every franc they spent delivering a kilo of raw rubber to Belgium they netted 10), and in the process murdered app 20,000,000 Congolese, as it was cheaper to terrorize them into collecting rubber sap than to pay them.
For more information see: 'King Leopold's Ghost', book title from a poem. They actually still have statues of King Leopold II in public places in Belgium.

I heard that a hundred million or so were killed in North America as a result of the colonization.
