I work in a warehouse 40 hours a day, and more than often i am psychologically anf physically exausted at the end of my day. i want to be able to fully enjoy that little time i have left before going to sleep, but more than often, i end up watching family guy episodes or gaming away the little time i have left beccause its the only thing i feel i can actually do.

anyone have suggestion of what i could do to get some of my energy back?

thanks.

Maybe take some five hour energies? A little bit of drink will get you through the amount that it says on the bottle. They also have caffeine free versions.

Those things have no effect on me. Try eating more sugar, perhaps your blood sugar level is low? Also try eating/ supplementing shakes throughout your day to keep your carbs up.

o well this is ok I guess

I don't think he means mental alertness or anything like that.
What you need is a change in environment. You know, getting out of the house and all that. Grab a map of your city, put a cup wherever on the city, and then draw a circle around the cup. Then take a walk around that circle and see what you find.
But in case you do mean mental alertness and all that, some of those 5 hour energies work alarmingly well with mini-thins.
