Well, I was thinking the whole time that shit like this just pits the working people who send their kids to public school with the working people who work at public schools. It's intra-class antagonisms and is unnecessary. And the end pretty much confirmed this for me.

I actually found that funny; it highlights the typical, stupid views of racists in a very 'cheesy' way.
It's probably a parody/comedy sketch, considering the stupid 'press x' options.

I think it is, as in the links to the right, there's a British one which uses the exact same voice and words.

Yeah, I think it's similar to Little Britain in the way that although discriminating things are said, it makes a joke out of the discriminator, not the discriminated.
