I'm currently researching and studying the different tendencies of the revolutionary left. At the moment I have plenty of marxist-leninist literature, but I'm interested in learning more it's polar opposite; anarchism. What are some good foundational texts for learning about anarchism or more specifically anarcho-communism/syndicalism? Thank you in advance.

'No Gods No Masters' is a great anthology on anarchism, I'd look through that for any particular anarchists you like the most then get their books.

This should be moved to Literature.
"Anarcho-Syndicalism: Theory and Practice" - Rudolf Rocker
"Syndicalism" - William Z. Foster and Earl C. Ford (not necessarily anarchist...)
"Black Flame: The Revolutionary Class Politics of Anarchism and Syndicalism" - Michael Schmidt and Lucien van der Walt
"The Conquest of Bread" - Peter Kropotkin
"At the Cafe" - Errico Malatesta
As for the history and movements in certain countries, here's a few gems as well:
"Italian Anarchism: 1864 - 1892" - Nunzio Pernicone
"Anarchism and the City: Revolution and Counter-Revolution in Barcelona, 1898 - 1937" - Chris Ealham
Bolded for importance. Anarchism and the City is essential if you want to learn anarchism in its strongest country, a lot of important lessons and ideas in that book. Anarchism, especially early formations of anarcho-syndicalism, were major factors in the labor movement of Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, etc) in the late 19th century and early 20th century. I'm sure there are good books out there on those countries and movements as well

Looks promising. Exactly the kind of thing I was looking for.

I'd, for the like sixth time this month, like to recommen Orwell's Homage to Catalonia, which gives plenty of interesting perspective on the Anarchists and the Stalinists.

Oh god yes. Read it - now! I'm only halfway through the book, and already I'm overwhelmed.

Jose Peirats, Anarchists in the Spanish Revolution
Martha Ackelsberg, Free Women
i used to include "The Spanish Collectives" by Gaston Leval, but that's been out of print for awhile.
