I was watching the republican debate at late night the other day (yea I was no need to smear) and they started talking about foreign politics.
Ron Paul said that US should withdraw all foreign bases and stuff and for a minutes I came to :wub: a rare tought that maybe that guy was the best of the worse.
I had to remind myself on the reactionary racist he is and how all republicans suck but I feel wrong with myself.:crying::crying::crying::crying:

Funny part is, I'm not even really a Stalinist. I believe that his economic policies were correct in the period he applied them and the man wasn't Satan like liberals (you know who you are, anarkids) make him out to be, but I really have no admiration for him as a person. I think he did a good deal of fucked up shit and hit the ol' "purge" button too often and sometimes in the wrong places. I also take issue with some of his social policies.

But I do love the first 5 Plans and I believe he competently lead the country through industrialization, the construction of socialism, and imperialist reaction. All in all though, I'm just a good Marxist-Leninist. There were plenty of purges before Stalin, my good sir, and there will be again.
