Would anyone agree that it is easier for a White Person to get out of Poverty than it is for a Black Person since Black People are Victims of Racial Discrimination for Jobs and for other things and White People have White Privilege I know that there are Poor White People but I would say that the Black Poor have it worse than the White Poor and that the Rich Black People don't have near the power that the Rich White People have please read this article by Tim Wise I would say that the White Race is the Upper Class and that the Black Race is the Lower Class in terms of Economics ?

In general I'd say yes. More white people get out of poverty than black people, but really it depends on a case-by-case basis.

No matter what, though, black people have the added baggage of living with racism.

You might want to specify that you're refering to, assume, the situation in America.

The more I get into it I see that it's a matter of education. Partly the schools fail--because of the lower economic areas Blacks live in and partly is a problem of the Black family. Single parent households do much worse than families with two parents.

And blacks have a higher percentage of single parent head of households.
