Im new to revleft but a long time follower of communism. While being the only open communist in my city i face a lot of harrassment, especialy from the military members of my own family. Oh well i guess it is to be expected. Well im here to make friends with my fellow leftists.

It just happens to be so that very few people like them... or any other American socialist party. Hell, nobody likes any parties around here, other than that which they happen to belong to.

Other than the party leadership is made up of Social Democrats? Not much other than it isn't revolutionary either. I spent time in the party and I find them to be utter garbage while there are plenty of good members the leadership is uncaring and disconnected. They also don't like to answer or return messages or honor agreements. I was asked to meet with a Senior Party Leader but I would have to drive almost 12 hours to get there and back home. I was ok with that and agreed and when I tried to get hold of the guy about the meeting he never answered me which was totally awesome because I had already spent money on the gas and taken the time off work to make the meeting.

If they can't even be respectful to someone in the Working Class taking time and money out of their day to make a meeting why would they ever go out of their way to actually lead a Revolution? Utter garbage and a party I couldn't recommend more getting out of. Much better and actually active organizations that actually are revolutionary not just claim it are out there especially in California. To sum it up the CPUSA is nothing more than an arm of the Bourgeoisie Democratic Party and are rather proud of it. First it was, "Vote Democrat and Fight Bush Fascism!" now it is, "Support Obama he really cares about Workers!" I couldn't laugh any more at their shenanigans if I tried.
