Ok, i am looking for some advice on a problem i seem to have. There are two things i mainly like doing one is programming and the other is drawing and painting, but i find it hard to be able to work on them at the same time. I go through like cycles of doing one or the other, so dedicating weeks and becoming absorbed into what im doing. This mean that the other i don't do, yet i need to do both, i get to a point where i have to stop and do the other; because i either need to do something creative or problem solving type thing to like balance my brain out.
I know its a weird thing to say, im sure you thinking that as well. I want to get a job as an illustrator, yet when i end up spending a whole bunch of time drawing and doing studies i get blocked, and end up doing some programming so i get to use a different part of my brain.
How can i do it so i don't go through these cycles, because circumstances have made it so i really need to get my skill level up, so i can get a good job.
