Michael Ruppert confronts CIA director about Drug Laundering

I don't doubt the CIA as part of the US state has done illegal things, muderous and so on but this guy could just be some nut job. There is def a tinge of 'conspiracy theory' to him (I've watched a full lecture by him in the past) - he came across as very anti-materialist and slightly religious. Now, that does not mean he's full of shit either but I think there are better people to understand the CIA from, the multi billion dollar trade in illegal drugs, imperial rivalries that are all apart of it and so on.

To that end I bought The Politics of Heroin: CIA Complicity in the Global Drug Trade - McCoy
I haven't read it yet but it's supposed to be very good and highly recommend. In fact the guy in the video recommended it in the video lecture I think I watched (along with other people).
