View Full Version : Fidel & Saddam

I was watching some Barbera Walters bullshit not too long ago. She said that Saddam is friends w/ Fidel. She was talking about this when she said that Saddam gets free cigars and whatnot from Cuba. It also showed Fidel and Saddam walking around and talking or something of the likes. It's strange. Is it bullshit and they're just political aquaintances or are they really friends? Is Saddam really as bad a guy as everyone says? I do believe, myself, that he's commited many atrosities...but hell's fire. Can you name ONE world politician...or for that matter...local politician that is squeaky clean or near something of the likes? However, Saddam has done many good things for his country. He's also committed many atrosities. Is he really a horrible person?...Are Fidel and Saddam amigos? Chau.

I have never heard of any link/comraderie/friendship/political alliance between Fidel Castro and Saddam Hussein. I would not rule it out, but again, I have never heard this. I suspect I would have heard it since an association with Saddam would make Fidel look bad, and the U.S. is always looking to do that.

Just glorious. More stuff they would love to stick onto Castro, no doubt. Propaganda to ready those for what may potentially be next...

Without a doubt, most likely total bullshit. I'm sure that they have met and conversed, but for actually being friends, it's just another American dream, something for capitalists to drool over.

I remember hearing the exact same thing in an interview not too long ago. It must be false because Hussien and Castro don't even share the same political ideas. how could they possibly get along like friends. Hussein killed off members of the Iraqi communist party while he was in power, how could Castro be a friend to someone who did that?

Fuck this topic!

Saddam and his sons raped a mom and also raped her daughter........
Fidel is 90% off the office to listen and to do research for his people..... watch the movie <FIDEL>

Ideological differences can't bring a raper & a benevolent leader together, righT?

 + :( for that ***** who barked on the TV show insulting Castro.... this is simply too American..... full of bullshits & false jokes..

right...

i don't care whether she was told to talk about it or it was her initiative to talk about it... but in any event, she has the fucking mouth, and shouldn't use it to condemn others in such a demoralising way!

P.S. Schumi , give us the pic.. thanks. I think the only thing Fidel & Saddam share its their anti-American mentalities....... but this won't be the thing that will be bring them any closer..... one is a tyrannt, other is " un lidere admirable"!

The yankee's lies about Fidel & Che, just keep coming more and more...
I learnd to ignore it...
BUT! let us not encourage Fidel!
Sure, he brought education and health to the cuban people, but he forgot the main principles of socialism: "a country that will work by the people and for the people". Fidel must let go of his governmental position, and pass it on to Cuba's workers union. Still, I think he is one hack of a guy, that put his mark on history.

on other subject that was brought up here:

Is Saddam really as bad a guy as everyone says? I do believe, myself, that he's commited many atrosities...but hell's fire. Can you name ONE world politician...or for that matter...local politician that is squeaky clean or near something of the likes? However, Saddam has done many good things for his country.
Comrade Mazzen, it is important for you to understand that because of that a country must relly on her people, and not on politician (Trosky said: "The most heroic intelligence, will never furfill the people's will").
Sadam might improved some of Iraq situation, but he is still a capitaliost dictator, wheather if he is cruel or not, it doesn't matter...
I know you filling comrade, not to long agow I was protecting Stalin from the many accusation on him, but I reallized it's doesn't matter, Stalin was a harsh bureaucrat, who was bad as any other capitalist in governmental position. Only the working class can lead the country, the land's production, and the revolution!

Probably comrade Fidel and Saddam meet each other a long time ago in a political conference. But this doesn’t prove or means anything at all.

And please do one favor to me. Do not insult the normal *****es who are making a social contribution by calling Barbera walters a *****. Barbera produces propaganda that aims to manipulate the judgment of the people, whether *****es offers satisfaction only with few dollars.

Did she also mention the friendship and businesspartnership of George W. Bush jr. with the brother of Osama bin Laden? A trusty and reliable report as her has to know that.

Fidel has shown a deep regard for the Arab people.
Iraq had good relations with Cuba, along with North korea and Vietnam. I see no reason why Fidel and Saddam would not be friends.

Yeah... exactly!

Maybe we should also look at Dick Cheney, CEO of Halliburton, doing business with Saddam's Iraq as little as five years ago. Or looking at the Reagan/Bush Sr. administrations and how they were buddied up with Saddam and providing him the tools to build his arsenal of WMDs...

way back, the Baath Party was a Socialist party. Perhaps Fidel and Saddam were meeting back then. I remember on Fox News during the war, that asshole Geraldo Rivera kept referring to Saddam as a soialist (which is a load of crap)
