News for early 2022:
*The Red Workers Militia halves dues to $50, allowing members that left due to not being able to pay the dues returning
* Unemployment increases by a whopping 3%, loosing consumer confidence, and swelling antigovernment ranks, but for the RWM it has a lesser affect.
* Front for Alaskan Freedom independence upsizes its recruiting campaign, having a mild effect on recruitment
* Danny Lindberger submits a bill to congress that would reduce the size of the US military by half over the next five years. It does not pass in the House of Representatives, and is seen as a symbolic move.
* Rumor has it that the RWM has started a recruitment campaign for service men and women. It is not known how effective it is, or if it even exists.
*Two conferences are setup by to be inserted later , the first to unify all local anarchist movements, the second, a much bigger one, is setup to hear opinions, talks, and statements of support from notable anarchists.
#1 the first goes extremely well, doubling The Anarchist Army.
#2 also goes extremely well, although mostly anarchists show up, which increases moral but doesn’t increase members. Prominent figures in the anarchist movement show up such as Bob Black, Michael Albert, and Wolfi Landstreicher.
*violence from the Anarchist Army increases, things such as looting, shootings, and assassinations occur, in firefights with army and police, about 40 members die, and the deaths of 60 servicemen.
*The RWM leader issues orders to support the AA, but those orders are mildly questioned with commanders stating concern that they are not ready to start full scale war against the US. Not much is done.
*Due to worse economic conditions, labor union members increase exponentially
* Word is spread in the name of Trotskyism inside the RWM, causing a good 10% to join that wing of it
*A new terrorist group, called Islamic Liberation Organization, bombs a bus full of children in front of the white house, everyone on board dies. They also are believe to be linked to the murder of the Chief of Naval Operations, Gerald McKinnley, in which James A. Winnefeld, Jr. replaces his position

Healthcare: 95% of nation has access to basic emergency healthcare, about 70% access to comprehensive healthcare, focus on treatment, existing health care at substandard level, operated by private HMO’s, life expectancy is 77 years. Federal spending is largely lost en masse in the bureaucratic superstructure of the system, causing massive inefficiencies in the system.
Transport: 90% of usable land is roaded and in decent condition, though much of it is aging and deteriorating quickly in quality. 50% of country is railroaded, passenger rail is operated largely by the government while private rail is focused on transportation. Labor: 5-day work week, independent labor unions legal, federal minimum wage at $7.25
Land: Plots are privately owned and operated by farmers, with a heavy presence of large scale corporate involvement. Around 95% of land is private, 0% cooperative, and 5% state-run.

Land: Plots are privately owned and operated by farmers, with a heavy presence of large scale corporate involvement. Around 95% of land is private, 0% cooperative, and 5% state-run.
Food: In good supply people are well fed in urban areas, food prices are unregulated and relatively affordable
Crime: There is an above average amount of crime. Civilian gun ownership legal. Not much corruption in police force, though it is present. Victimless crimes still punished.
Trade: Exports are mainly based in service and technology to developed nations, a substantial export to import gap exists. NAFTA and CAFTA are still in effect and has established close trading ties with Mexico and Canada. Has been restricted and in decline in shipping after an unresolved crisis of intrusion in international trade by the US navy.

Consumer Goods: In decent supply, mainly imported en masse from Asian producers, though rates have since declined after the development of charged diplomatic relations over sea trade.
Immigration: Militant and strong border control, sporadic immigration and immigrants strongly discouraged. An extensive wall structure staffed by federal soldiers and volunteers along the southern border has been in place since 2014.
Civil Rights: Somewhat liberal federally, though largely subjective on a regional basis. Privacy is regularly violated in the name of national security and on an ethnic or racial basis. Women experience various disadvantages in public life despite legislative efforts to prevent such. Same-sex marriage in very few states, civil unions in some others. LGBT rights are medium to low.
Police: Very present, rather extensive and firm, equipped with melee weapons, pistols, assault weapons, and advanced non lethal riot control equipment. Police Brutality is a problem, reports not taken seriously by courts, lax punishment if any for Police offenders.
