I don't see much wrong with this. It's a competitive challenge (I.e. Providing everyone an equal chance based on performance and probability).

It's Wall Street lite. Breeding a new generation of traders, speculators and stock brokers to gamble wealth not produced by them.

I would say that it is in the Reality TV genre. If offers a prize through the medium of a non-scripted show contested by the public in a competitive manner in real life scenarios/challenges. As usual it will probably involve those who want to be fast tracked and get a short-cut through life at the expense of others who may have worked harder. The usual brain-draining exercise that creates a society full of economically illiterate and socially disinterested couch-potatoes.

No I mean who the hell cares about the "brand of entertainment culture" or whatever that Che Chara was talking about, as if somehow its worse than other types of entertainment, I was'nt really clear what I was saying in that post.

I know it's cliche. "I'm going to win.":) After which, I'm getting a customized race red F-150. I'm tired of the Chevy Impala. I'm getting the truck with chrome, sensors, satellite radio, a customized black bed, chrome toolbox, etc.
