Thought this was kind of an interesting lecture. The lecturer is the author of a book called "Cities Under Seige" (which I have not read), and he talks about the increasing militarization of cities and civilian life, insurgency and counter-insurgency tactics, how methods to thwart insurgencies are popping up in developed nations like the UK and USA (and the utilization of military software for use on civilians), etc. The clip is long, but the main part is the first 30 minutes or so.
