I just saw a news broadcast that's saying Fidel Castro may be "in fin di vita" which basically means dying and that some have claimed he is already dead? Some are saying this is just the usual internet rumour, but others are not so sure.
Any information?

well he is in the twilight years of his life, it will be a sad day when he goes but I haven't heard anything that confirms this, but neither have I heard any concrete proof that it isn't

Well, he is 85 and he has been in poor health for quite some time, so it wouldn't exactly come as a surprise to me.

Does anyone know who might take power after the Castro's? After Fidel and Raul, who would become the next leader?

He will probably live for many more years. Cuban healthcare system ftw.
Do you live in Cuba?
Also, of course the health care system is good when it's for their president of 32 years. It may be absolute shit for everyone else (which I have heard).

No, it's actually quite good - on par with many first-world countries (of course it has its share of problems).
Have a look here, it's a comparison between the healthcare systems of Cuba and the UK: http://www.parliament.the-stationery-office.co.uk/pa/cm200001/cmselect/cmhealth/30/30ap91.htm
In particular, note the following:
Very many of the features identified in 1-8 would not have occurred had there not been an obvious commitment to health provision by the President Fidel Castro. This is demonstrated not only in the personal interest he takes, but in the protection and proportion of the budget given the health care. During the "special period" following the collapse of the Cuban economy as a result of the break up of the Soviet Union—the health and education budgets were protected from the general reduction in GNP.

Well you heard wrong, at least due to almost every international health organization.

That is false, comrade.
The Cuban health care system is almost 50 times cheaper than the American counterpart. It is however ranked higher in almost every aspect, by every respectable organization in the world.
