its sounds very familiar. i can probably figure it out in a few minutes. (it was in a pipboy mod for Fallout 3) i think it was about an ocean or a city.

so i downloaded the mod to look at the mp3 files and what happenes? none of them are translated, they also arent in any language. if they did have a title, its in some sort of script code or something. all the letters have accents and its not intelligible at all. i DID find the song though.
