It's more than support for bourgeois governments right, seeing as Stalin supported them as well? Were there privatizations under Khrushchev?

Khruschev largely abandoned the idea of class struggle. He talked about creating a state for all social groups in the USSR ''the dictatorship of the proletariat is no longer necessary'', and peaceful co-existence with the West.
Stalinists also criticise him for his attacks against Stalin and the system he created in the Soviet Union and for things like rehabilitating Tito (who they hate).
He was also in charge when Hungary was invaded in 1956 - this was pretty much the most destructive moment for the Communist (big C) movement before the final collapse of the Eastern Bloc.

To answer the other half of you question, if there was privatizations under Khrushchev I would have to say No, but he did de-union them.
Here how the system work under Stalin's Plan enonomy. The State is a union, and the union own the factory. Now because the State is a union, it can only gain income form "union fee". This means that the more workers that work there and the more they get payed, the more the state makes. This is why it was out lawed under Stalin to be unemployed. Also this is the reason, wouold have to buy back product that were above the qoute set by the state. As the State in this case is a union.
example: A factory has 10 workers which make $100 each and have a qoute of 100 units. Now let say that the state union feed is 50% this would mean that mean the worker would get $500, and the state $500. THis would mean that the product would be cost $1000/100 = $10 each.
But let say that the facotry produced 110 units. The state would sale 110 units, take $500, pay $500 in wages and give the last $100 to the factory worker.
When Khruskchev came to power he payed the workers a fix wage. Then the govemrnet would keep the differnce. So he would pay the worker say $400 and keep the other $700 for the state.
