Not sure if this has been posted, would be usefull for American comrades when dealing with police.

The best idea would be not to have anything illegal or doing anything that is unneccassary illegal while conducting activism.

Maybe this should be sticked?

Yeah and very basic stuff. Some of it even applies here in Australia. Alot comes down to common sense, like not letting police inside your car or house, being very clear abotu what you consent to "I do not consent to you searching my car", "i don't not allow to conesnt to you entering my house". You can often say these statments even if you are not sure, then if they do say "we are going to search my car" "come in the house" and they don't have the legality to do so, in court you confidently say I said these words "I don't consent".

Basic, yes, but you'd be surprised at the number of people who don't know it.
