Muchos gracias for the info, I might look it up later. Progressive bourgeois news sources like CNN, And the daily show can only go so far however. In terms of statistics, I trust them enough, but they want to return to JFK liberalism more or less which, although is a step foward for the working class, won't last any longer than the point a republican gets elected back in.

1) The Huffington Post is under boycott from the writers' union. Don't visit their site, to do so is to cross a picket line according to the union.

2) Huffington herself is a super-bourgeois, from a wealthy family, right-winger at Cambridge, wrote right wing political treatises, married a right wing politician, supported Reagan... only about a decade ago did she miraculously become "progressive." Is it any surprise she screws her workers?

3) We shouldn't need some article from Huffington Post --- we shouldn't have any illusions in the "progressive" or "liberal" bourgeoisie and their representatives in government. It is plain stupid to put it down to personal characteristics of Obama like "surrounds himself with yes-men" or "too compromising personality" (very similar to stupid old arguments about how the tsar was good, it was just his ministers that were bad).... what about Clinton, Carter, as well? Different personalities, same garbage. Because of the social forces at work. Absolutely predictable.

didn't need no liberal bourgeois source to tell me Obama = Bush. I've been following blackagendareport.com 's analysis of Obama from the start of his candidacy.

Liberals will be all over Obama's nuts and building a defensive wall once the republican nomination is announced. Damn I hate liberals

I don't think that anyone is implying that "we" need these sites to tell us about Obama. Any one with decent political knowledge on our end of things should be able to see what Obama and the rest of the Democrats really are.

However what things like this represent is growing disillusionment with Obama among his "progressive" supporters who in 2008 were eagerly trumpeting his characteristics and his idea of "change".

Of course like you also said though, lot of them might simply fall back into line when the Republican candidate and/or Tea Baggers get them into the mindset that they have to keep them out by keeping Obama in.

The person who gave Huffington the most help in launching HuffPo was none other than Tea Party extraordinaire Andrew Breitbart. The only thing that website is good for is arguing with Democrats (it seems to be like fucking god to a lot of them for some reason), and even then there are better sites to use.

We shouldn't need some article from Huffington Post --- we shouldn't have any illusions in the "progressive" or "liberal" bourgeoisie and their representatives in government.

Especially when bourgeois mouthpieces like the Wall Street Journal pointed out before the guy was even elected:

"Regardless of who wins in November, the current foreign policy will live on in the next White House.” - "Don't Expect a Big Change in U.S. Foreign Policy," June 2, 2008.

And they weren't alone:

“Surprisingly, given McCain's reputation as a hawk and Obama's as a peacenik, they don't differ much in their ideas... Both want to increase the size of the military and provide more training and equipment...” - The Los Angeles Times, June 8, 2008.

"...big capital would have no problem with an Obama presidency… [Top hedge fund managers] think he’s the man to do their work ... They’re confident he wouldn’t undertake any renovations to the distribution of wealth.” - Left Business Observer, March 2008
