Hey guys. I'm trying to a write an antagonist in my story involved with covert operations since the cold war, and to better portray the character I want the character to get involved with covert operation crimes done by the U.S. to better fuel her motives.
What are some crimes the U.S. has done and tried to cover up, besides PBSuccess, MKULTRA, and basically anything else listed on Wikipedia's Human Rights Abuses in the U.S.?
I need some really detailed info too. Not that on the lengths of a novel, but enough for an antagonist to reference a number of times in her motives. Enough info for a character to reference to show their acknowledgment of events and justify their actions.
You may also reference documents from Wikileaks. However, do note I refuse to download anything off of it. So if you can simply copy paste text, it would be preferred.
