Extremely graphic content from Libya (video)

The video claims its a loyalist killing a rebel, but considering the recent propaganda war it might easily be the other way around.
It says more stuff in Arabic, so if someone could translate?

warning: do not watch this if you have a weak stomach. It's an up close video of a man getting his head sewed off with a knife.

Certainly the video will be removed soon. I'm still in doubt if people should or should not ever see such content...

It's certainly not the government's style. I've seen videos of government troops rounding up dead and wounded rebels, and there's no mutilation of bodies evident. They just shoot them.

I agree. It would be really far fetched for libyan army to start beheading people all of a sudden (and videotaping it !)
Still, it's just a video title uploader put "gaddafi's soldiers slaughter rebels كتائب القدافي تذبح احد الثوار", nothing more...

I believe it's Al-Qaeda's work.

Anyway, I'm really shocked at seeing this.

How can someone actually do that? It really puts 'evil' into perspective. On any level, that is shocking, but perhaps the word 'shocking' doesn't even have the epistemological properties to satisfy the English Language in this case.

Do not be shocked or think this is an isolated incident. If the average person can see this and still think that the U.S. is upholding values of peace and justice across the world then there is nothing left to say.

Interesting bit from 2003. when they killed Nick Berg:
