Tea Party are a bunch of neo-fascist right wing scum. They're all racist homophobic brainwashed nationalists, who think parading around calling everyone a "commie" is going accomplish anything. It's sad when you realize how easily tricked people are into this movement..:( But overall i could care less for the tea-baggers. Just another group of right wing idiots, along with all the sean hannitys and glenn becks of the world.

From an objective point-of-view.

The Tea Party are a destabilising group and there is every justification to ban them and/or arrest their leaders.

Some of their leaders have stated that they want USA to default before increasing taxes. In short, they support special interests before the interests of the country.

If they had been a left-wing group, media would have called them out as revolutionaries and threats. But they are not anti-establishment in the egalitarian sense.

Now I don't condone the rights for a capitalist state to stomp them out.The US state doesn't have any rights except for being abolished and replaced by a socialist state. A socialist state however, should ban movements like these as soon as someone comes up with the idea of forming one.
