A lone councilor can whip a frenzy under the right circumstances, but even the right wing press like the National Post in Canada isn't taking Mammoliti's bait... yet.

Quite seriously. Most of media is pro-Conservative party with just the Toronto Star and CBC being to the left of that but they support the Liberal Party. None of the mainstream media can really be considered even remotely social-democratic, and they continue to attack the social-democratic NDP despite the NDP like many other social democratic parties continue to move rightwards. The only reason we have a right wing government in power is the archaic first past the post system we use.

I made a post about this below. In recent developments, the "Communist" Party of Canada intends to launch a "human rights complaint" about this guy.

He's asked Elizabeth Rowley if she's had lunch or regularly been in contact with council members.

Thinking the CPC has any influence...that really shows how deluded this guy is. :laugh:

EDIT: Not to suggest that makes him or his rants more influential, but it is revealing.
