I would like to read up on Technocratic Communism and learn more about it, which websites do you guys recommend that I look at or books I can read in order to learn more about Technocracy and Technocratic Communism? Also, is Anarcho-Communism compatible with Technocratic Communism? Thank you Comrades! :)

If you want to learn about Technocracy look at the post 1960 Soviet Union.

One would do well to follow the link in my signature, at least to start with. Since the synthesis of anarchist communism and technocracy is, so far as I can tell, a very recent one, I think the best thing to do if you want to find out more is to read the about them seperately, and see the overlap for yourself.

I'm pretty sure technical positions were decided more by party political connections than by merit - remember Lysenko?

Here's more:

The Wiki article on the Technocracy movement (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Technocracy_movement) is worth reading, giving a good overview of the flaws and mistakes of orthodox technocracy which lead to its current dormancy.

This simplified introduction (http://www.technocracy.ca/tiki-index.php?page=simp) to orthodox technocracy, written by actual technocracy advocates in their own words, also gives another angle from which to attack the morally and intellectually bankrupt capitalist price system.
