Seriously, I don't know the context of your discussion but the term "revisionist" is thrown around by MLs to refer to any Marxists they disagree with basically. The term was applicable to the "revisionism" of Edward Bernstein who revised Marxism into a type of gradualistic social democracy. Other than that its used to refer to supporters of one bureaucratic clique in opposition to another. Maoists and Hoxhaists think Breznevites are revisionists. Hoxhaists say Maoists are revisionists.Various Maoist groups accuse each other of revisionism. Most MLs today consider themselves "anti-revisionists". The revisionists are those deluded traitors who disagree.
