Up to 10,000 Iraqi Shias have taken to the streets of a Baghdad suburb to denounce the US for "terrorism".

American commanders insist they are making headway in bringing order to Iraq, but the indications are that the fight will be difficult and prolonged.

Ah, BBC. The refreshingly more accurate, better educated, and less annoying 'good twin' of CNN.

One can only hope the Iraqis not only shrug off American occupation, but manage to find a leader worth following.
