as exemplified here - http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-14458424

This isn't 'mindless thuggery'; people are angry at the system, at the capitalists, their politicians, and the pigs. this consciousness is very crude and unrefined (which is why we need to establish a revolutionary proletarian vanguard asap) but it is consciousness nonetheless, and this marks a qualitative change in the state of the English youth. Our task is to refine and channel this consciousness and destructive energy, and to supplement it with a positive socialist consciousness.

I read an article about "yobs" a few months ago and what you posted makes me wonder about what the average "yob" thinks of the rioting. Most of the publications I've read don't discuss the race or class of the rioters, only the age. Are there many people who fall into the "yob" stereotype involved in the rioting?

Here is the article I read about "yobs".

cities on fire = qualitative change
but you weren't referring to the cities on fire, you were referring to the way they explained it on the video, otherwise you would have posted a picture of a burning building not an audio clip.
