How to get solitary confinment in prison?

I don't do and never did any illegal activities, but I realize that at some point there may be some rather insignificant risk of me going to prison (because of me accidentally hitting someone while driving a car for example).

I have no interest in getting raped or beaten up in the normal cells, so what's the easiest way of getting solitary confinement without much risk of getting any permanent physical damage? For example, I'm not sure if I will just go and start beating other prisoners because then they will all start beating me and breaking my bones.

I'm pretty sure that they would perform psychological test to see whether I'm crazy or not. And I'm pretty sure that I will get beaten up until I stop if they find out that I'm doing this intentionally. I'm also pretty sure that my teeth will get kicked out and I won't be able to bite anyone ever if I would start biting prison guards.

Thanks for making me laugh. Although, I want to get solitary confinement only in case if I would go to prison, and I don't want to go to prison at all.

You get solitary as punishment. You're talking about protective custody. You can usually just ask for PC.

First, don't go to solitary, it's worse than a low-level security stint that you'd get for a first time conviction on involuntary manslaughter or less.

Second, if you really wanted to end up in solitary: organize a peaceful sit-in or talk about organizing or politics.

Did you read what I wrote? You can usually just ask for it. All you need to say is "I fear for my safety and I want to be put into protective custody."

I know a guy who got it. The guards do lots of random inspections. They ask you to remove all of your close, spread your butt cheeks, and cough. My buddy shoved a chap stick up there one time to be stupid. When he coughed, the thing came shooting out into the squad bay and the other inmates started laughing. They gave him 7 days solitary. When he came back, he was a different person.
