California has ungodly amounts of sunshine that is insanely bright. 3 seasons of summer, high heat, shit for thunderstorms, and some pretty stupid laws. And a goddamned shopping mall in every town.

This description would California out to be the slightly less hellish second cousin of Florida. Though, people who I know here who used to live in California say they miss the far milder and cooler climate in Cali. So either Florida is just that ungodly hot or you're exaggerating. I'm leaning towards the former actually. :lol:

the thing about the heat here though is it is dry. not humid. so, it is definitely more bearable.

and this summer has been cooler. but, where i work, there are occasional outdoor sales. and you are basically outside in 90-100 degree heat helping people who dont end up buying anything anyways or just walk straight into the air conditioned store. '


plus, it makes me sweat. not an ungodly amount. but still... it fucks up my work clothes lol.

as for the brightness. i dont know why, but apparently modesto has the highest rates of glaucoma because of it.


in florida though, y'all have mutant bugs though. so ill take CA over FL any day. plus. hardly any gusanos here haha

I wouldn't say the levels of sunshine in CA are "ungodly"... I find them quite nice. Where I am you don't have to turn on the AC in the summer or the heat on in the winter... Although Californians are really wimps about coldness >_>
