Like the working classes in the global north that have a better standard of living because of their country's exploitation of other regions.

I think it is something like "bejeweled proletariat" or "gilded proletariat."

Like if someone stated that the poor in the U.S. or U.K. have it better than the poor in the rest of the world, it would be because they get some of the benefits of imperialism making them _____________ proletariat.
