A question to anarchists

Do you agree with historical materialism? or is this a stupid/obvious question? I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to anarchism (or is it anarchy?)

Some do. Some don't. I'm an anarchist, and I accept it to a certain degree.

Most do, indeed most of us agree more or less entirely with Marx and Engels. The only place we may differ is in whether a government is necessary after the revolution. Marx recommended a DoTP, which was taken to mean a literal dictatorship by both Lenin and the anarchists, though Marx most likely meant it to mean that the proletariat as a whole would have control(ie a dictatorship) over the government.
