Below is a scan of a leaflet from an newly founded Irish fascist movement, and I was hoping someone would be able to rubbish their economic views as detailed in paragraph 2 to 4:

Am I the only person who find their economic argument ridiculous or is this a serious possibility?

It seems they are advocating basically paying off the debt by printing money. A possible solution but still within the context of bourgeois economics, and yes it would be inflationary and would hurt workers and the "middle class".. Another idea would be to bring the banks under public ownership and simply cancel the debt. Don't squeeze the working class to pay the bankers.

Rofl, if their followers genuinely believe that it's that simple then they must be braindead...

But then again, they are fascists ;)

Well since the current government of the bourgeoisie already have taken a 99% stake in at least the four major national banks then nationalisation would make more sense, which is what I was thinking.

My first thought was that printing money would negatively affect inflation, as bad and all as the Euro is at the moment.
