and how does it differ from Trotskyism?
It's not really an official term, but it generally means Trotskyists (either in terms of their political origins or in their continuing commitment to a critique of Stalinism) who believe that Cuba is a healthy workers state, and who, as part of that, depart from Trotsky's theory of permanent revolution. It ranges from the American SWP to the British group FRFI to groups like the PSL and WWP.
