I somehow doubt that Norway is going to let this slide without quietly increasing security in some way. While they will give lip service to not changing the nations values etc, I'm expecting a boost in power to be given to police forces in the name of counterterrorism. That said, I'm not expecting anything like the wholesale abandonment of the pretense of rights like we had in the US.
