From the title I thought it was talking about the Earth's moon.
Enceladus is speculated to have an ocean beneath its icy crust - if the water is being thrust out with enough force to reach Saturn, then that could be an indication that liquid water lies deep under the surface or is otherwise under high pressure.

All while only 5% of the 250 kg of water vapor makes it to Saturn, that's still 12.5 kg of water vapor being accumulated in Saturn per second. That's still a lot of water vapor!
(12.5 kg = 27.5 lbs)
