Many of us like the color blue. I for one am a huge fan of chocolate.
Capitalism isa a society based on the rule of capital. Why do you work? Essentially, ultimately its to make rich people richer. This is not the way t should be but its the way it is. Under capitalism the productive powers of humanity are subordinated to the needs of a small group of people to make a profit off our labor. There are zillions of contradictions flowing from this. Some of these are the fact that technology, in some areas is becoming increasingly advanced, yet people have to work 60/70 hours a week to keep their house. Another contradiction is that in a world where there are close to 7 billion people, a third in almost abject poverty, and the pundits seriously talk about a "demographic crisis', the idea that there aren't enough people to perform needed work. (which is an insane view)
This is the tip of thje iceberg, as they say.

We are all revolutionary leftists, I guess. Well, those not regulated to the gulag of Opposing ideologies that is.
But from just that you can derive a good bit of agreement, in that we are opposed to capitalism, fascism, sexism, rascism, ect.
If you get to the most basic theory of our aims though, I think that most all of us support the creation of a society without class. Most of our disagreement is over the matter of just how to do that.

As far as as what a communist society would be like, its a society ruled by people, human needs, instead of the needs of capital to reproduce itself.

It's great if you want to learn but at least have the decency to look up "Communism" on wikipedia or something. In a Communist society you would not own a car factory, or any sort of factory for that matter. The community would own the factory and means of production. I find the term "dyke" offensive.
I find biker-women unattractive considering they are considered property by bike-gangs.
Those of whom are not, I generally find unattractive because they're loud and smell like tobacco.
Now women who race Japanese etc. motorcycles are very "hot" imo.
Those are my views on whether or not I'm attracted to women who ride bikes.

Sounds good. So there would be no ownership of property, land, none of that, I take it. One downside with that though, unless I'm mistaken, is that when it comes to selling a factory or piece of land or whatever, who would make the decision to sell? Wouldn't you need a certain degree of clarity as to how things are to proceed?

It just seems that this thread might be ready to move on from discussing a user's gender, icecream/cheesecake and bikes to what is supposed to be.
In a communist society, there could be no selling since ownership, individual and class ownership, would be abolished. This is predicated upon the abolition of money as the universal measn of commodity exchange. This is what money is, and without the capitalist relations of production, meaning without work for a wage and profit, the need for money also disappears.
If people do not produce commodities, meaning items for sale on a market, but rather useful products for immediate appropriation and consumption, there could be no capitalists and wage workers, and there could be no selling and buying since money would also be unnecessary.
Now, of course you would need a certain degree of clarity when deciding if producing certain products is necessary and desirable. My view is that the whole of the immediate producers would participate in planning, in one way or another, in the form of territorial councils (basically "town councils" gathering every single inhabitant of an area, including the elderly, the disabled and so on; the point is not to have everybody attending every single meeting, but to create a political institutional network which enables everyone willing to participate in the decision making process) and workers' councils, which would deal with matters of immediate production process and some aspects of planning.
I'd suggest that you check out "participatory economics" on wikipedia. It's not an idea which can be immediately claimed as my own, but I think there's much merit to it and that it is worth checking out.

In a nutshell;this forum is for revolutionary leftists. RL are people who dislike the rule of capital and a tiny elite who owns capital, over our lives. We differ from liberals and social democrats in the need for revolution, that is, we think outside the bourgeois framework offered to us.We don't support any of the mainstream parties of the "left" and right, the Democratic, Republican, New Labor, Conservative, liberal, or Social Democratic parties, all of which are solidly linked to the ruling class and do not threaten the system.
We oppose neo-liberalism and the austerity currently being undemocratically imposed on us. We see this as squeezing the working class for the benefit of bankers.
Most of us believe in an independent political role for the working class. We oppose wars by nation states including "liberal interventionism"
We strongly oppose racism and sexism and most of us oppose homophobia and transphobia.
As far as whether you could manage a factory in a communist society, you couldn't unless you were elected to that role by a worker's council. Again we do not believe in rule by corporations or corporate wealth. Many of us do not believe in managers at all but in worker's democracy.
Some of us, while enjoying cheesecake, greatly prefer chocolate ice cream.
In the third year of Soviet rule, no one will chew bubble gum.
If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to ask.
