Ok first of all I am an Atheist, and a Liberal Socialist(Marx, Engels), I oppose Capitalism in its entirety, as well as Conservatism and Religion.
Religion
It all starts with religion, the ultimate control mechanism for exploitation. For most of my natural life, I have not in the slightest, felt any remote emotion to a god figure or to any kind of religion. My family were always atheist, and are very liberal, I suppose this put me on a road of open discovery in life. I guess I'm lucky in the sense, I didn't have any rigid religious guidelines to follow, and I approached most things unbiasedly(Impossible).
The idea of religion dates back thousands of years, man has always wondered how he came about, or what happens to him in death, these questions and fears undoubtedly molded religious myths throughout time.
Over centuries the ruling classes saw the fundamental fear one can instill in the working class through religious beliefs, manipulating the persons mind into thinking that a punishment awaits, if they do something against the religious dogma, it affords them the perfect way to control the masses.
The ruling classes back then were the same as they are now, they find weakness(fear, desperate for work), and they exploit it, it ensures their survival as a class, and keeps them in control of the knowledge(or means of production). That would see them disappear if it got into the hands of the working class, rendering their position useless.
Conservatism
As i said earlier, I was raised very liberal, as a white South African it is quite an anomaly, i played with kids of all races, religions and ideologies. I got to mix with different people different cultures, and it taught me a measure of acceptance and tolerance. The main reason i reject conservatism is because it is a very close minded ideal, its not a very malleable mind set, and could spark intolerable behavior to people who differ culturally, spiritually and racially. Conservatism is set in stone, and in essence it is the establishment of tradition, religion and prejudices, it is counter revolutionary in nature, which in it has a sense of class superiority, its stems from bourgeoisie society, where they look down on the proletariat, as the exploited, a merely expendable resource.
Capitalism
The root of all evil in society today, the Capitalist economic system, an unbalanced, savage economic model, conjured up by the bourgeoisie class, to keep the proletariat from owning the means of production. Keeping the working class in a constant limbo, as they don't own the means of producing the commodities, so they work for low wages for the bourgeoisie.
Because the proletariat is a large class, there's always a surplus of workers, so the bourgeoisie are not under pressure to keep them happy, as they are easily expendable. The proletariat on the other hand is obliged to work hard, in order to keep he's job, this is an unbalanced system, because over time the bourgeoisie class will get smaller(to maximize profits) the proletariat will grow larger(because some bourgeoisie will join the proletariat not by choice). The Capitalistic system is not sustainable in the long term, as the gap between proletariat and bourgeoisie widens, the proletariat class becomes saturated with workers, and unemployment and poverty will prevail.
Socialism
The economic system that is called Socialism is the next logical evolutionary step in society, its a natural progression. The proletariat will get fed up with the bourgeoisie class exploiting he's livelihood, the proletariat will rise up, as they are strong in numbers, they will overthrow the bourgeoisie class, and seize the means of production for their commodities.
The bourgeoisie class will become extinct, as they no longer hold the leverage of production equipment over the proletariat. The proletariat will each have an equal share in property, wages and governance. Workers councils will be established, everybody equal in every way, there will be no more class struggles, as society has evolved passed the primal competitiveness of Capitalism. The proletariat no longer compete with each other, and rejoice in equality.
