I'll preface this by acknowledging that this is a fairly odd request. I don't have a lot of hints to throw out there and it kinda feels like a wild goose chase.
A few months ago (not really sure how long ago it was), somebody posted an article from a leftist/socialist website. From what I remember, it was a fairly in-depth article. The subject was how the average worker viewed wealth. According to the article and the research backing it, the average American worker would think themselves "rich" with a salary of $100,000, $250,000 or something like that. Essentially, enough for a nice house, a nice car or two, a yearly vacation and the ability to send the kids to college. In contrast, the reality of what it means to be "rich" in America is virtually incomprehensible to the average worker. In addition, this pokes holes in the supposed problem of "limited resources, unlimited want" that is promoted by bourgeois economics.
I really, really would like to find that article. I could have sworn I bookmarked it. Apparently, I didn't. Sorry if this is the wrong board. But if anybody knows what I'm talking about, please help me out!!! Any help would be much appreciated.
