not really, its just an corperatist-fascist police state with an veneer of pseudo-democracy and socialism.
the theoretically akin to council-communism "peoples committees" have almost no actual political power, all the power in truth lies with the "revolutionary committees" which are appointed by the regime.
third international theory is just an excuse for the ban on political partys and trade unions
