Greetings to all comrades. I am from Greece and I think communism is the movement that can help for a better society,so I support it.However because of my age (14) I know very little about it, but I would really like to learn more , so that's one of the reasons I joined Revleft!

Hope I have a great time!:)

Hey! There seems to be a lot of 15-year-olds here, actually, and they learn a lot through posting here. The lack of knowledge is a concern for many people here, including me, but no one is going to bother you about it unless you try to sound like an expert on something you don't understand. It's likely that you will have a great time. I know I do :)

Haha Hell yeah. But for the time being nothing so important happens than the European Summit. Some people say however that we might have early elections on September.

Hi, welcome from me, too ^_^.

Truly an exciting, but difficult time in greece, I can image. I'm from germany, so things that effect your country also effects my country, as we both are europeans. I like your country, however, most europeans, and most germans, have grown a big dislike for greece. Here, eryone is saying: "Greece is destroying the economy, the Euro". Damn capitalists, your country has such beautiful history, philosophy, and all those pigs can think of, is MONEY. I hope your country can rise again throug socialism.

How is the situation in greece for communists? Are there many?

And don't let you intimidate by people who say your too young. I'm 18, and people constantly telling me I'm too young, when we're discussing things, and I have the better arguments. Just because I (and you) are young, doen't mean, our opinion (should) is less right, less important. Be strong, and always think that even thoug your young, you may still be much more clever than the oldest.

Yeah it is true that we have great history. But Germany is really beautiful too.The gate of Brandeburg is great! As far as communism in Greece is concerned there are about 700,000 who vote for the Communist Part of Greece. A revolution hasn't started yet but when they see how the Greece will get economically destroyed by the capitalists and imperialists they will revolute! For the age I don't really care what they say. If they say I am too young for me it is racistic. Besides we should be proud of that. Not even one of my friends has an opinion about politics. They think it's fine because their parents are really rich capitalist dogs. Pleased to meet you then my friend! Keep going!:thumbup1:

Yeah, I can say that the father of communism, Karl Marx, as well as Friedrich Engels, are germans, and I can enjoy "Das Kapital" (The Capital... or something, don't know the english word) and "Das Kommunistische Manifest" (the communist manifesto, it was, I think.) in its most original, authentic form. But you have also many great people, like sokrates etc., and sights, like Athen, the Akropolis, Delphi etc.. Beautiful.

700.000, not that bad. Do you only have one party? And what kind of communism does it promote? We currently have only one big Marxist-Leninist party, DKP (Deutsche Kommunistische Partei), which promotes Stalinism and Maoism, both things I hate. However, there is a second party forming which I am thinking of becoming a member of. This party is against Stalinism, like I am.

I hope they will! People like you are a good sign, after all. You're country kinda is like a martyr, it's downfall is an example of how capitalism can and will destroy such a beautiful country like yours.

Hah, don't tell me, none young I ever met had ANY opinion at all. Besides fascists and Nazis, unfortunality. They live they're life, feel good, and so have no need to think about all those who suffer. Better get the newest, most expensive clothes, instead of trying to improve ANYTHING. Besides their Image, of Course.

And yeah, I'm damn proud to be a communist. I know I at least TRY to DO something.

If they say I am too young for me it is racistic.

Well, maybe not "racists", but absolutly intolerant. Which isn't that much better.

We have 2 left parties.A really left one, CPG (Communist Party of Greece) which is Anti-Trotskyist party, and another one , that pretends to be left but in actuality is right, SYRIZA ( Coalition of the Radical Left). Their point is against capitalism but in actuality all of them are capitalist dogs. Also, the CPG supports syndicalism and is against NATO. It also supports the immigrants in Greece.

Χαίρω πολύ!

When I heard about what was happening to Greece I was absolutely enraged. Why should the people have to pay for the bankers' crisis?

Is it true that the government is looking to privatize temples and historical patrimony? I read that somewhere and was completely scandalized. Absolutely unacceptable. I hope the KKE wins being because the moderate socialist party is hardly on the people's side.

Unfortunatelly yes. The goverment wants the people to beat the crisis with their money. I hope that KKE is elected! There is rumour that we might have early elections. Pleased to meet you comrade!
