i consider myself a council-communist and know that others here like Moskitto are too. i think that a communist republic, with very very small territories defined so representation is more exact, could be effective. for example, if there were 100 territories in an area, and 1 representative per teritory, the people would be better represented than if there were 50 territories. also, with small territories, the amount of work each person does could be better monitored, so capital could be distributed more evenly and everyone gets what they work for. this way, people would get ONLY what they work for, as opposed to some systems where everyone gets the same amount no matter how much they work. also, with this system, if the nation prospers, the people prosper. so if somone made $100 dollars worth of something, they'd make $100 dollars. the managers and non-producers would get there share too because the nation would be making more than its spending. this idea also rejects the ideas of all past "communist" leaders like mao and the soviets. these are just the loosely-gathered ideas of a high school student. i'd appreciate any flaws you can find or questions you might have.
