I live in the UK, I am fairly new to communism, I have a slight problem, I agree with stuff from all of the different 'tendencies', I'm unsure which to choose, if people from different tendencies could please message me and inform me why i should join theirs, I am new like i said so i can be persuaded/taught easily :)

Hey, welcome :). I wouldn't be too great at convincing people to join my tendency, so the only thing I'll say on that is anarcho-syndicalists are awesome people. (Somebody else can say a bit more than that.)

Landsharks eats metal hit the nail on the head. Us anarchists are beautiful people
;)
Just joking. I was interested in socialism for years before truly realizing my "tendency" that should be the least of your concerns. I would just recommend reading a lot of literature from several viewpoints, grasping and understanding ideas and realizing which one you are comfortable with. There's no need to rush to a particular group, as long as you realize a stateless, classless society is desirable and possible.
Oh, and welcome.

No tendency wants to recruit. It is up to you.
To choose I suggest you read some Trotsky, Luxemburg, Lenin, Mao. Out of those, choose who you agree with the most. And from there, you can read further.

What #FF0000 said, and some form of anarchism, because freedom. Ultimately Anarchy is about freedom and equality. There's no Party Line which you must subscribe to be considered a "true anarchist."

Hate to turn this thread into a discussion about a particular tendency or cause shitstorms. Just thought I'd add some groups like syndicalist unions go to strong efforts to avoid bureaucratization, such as ratio of organizers to workers and low pay (so only the most dedicated will take the position, rather than have a layer of union lackeys live on a fat-wage such as the mainstream bureaucratic unions do). Volunteering is a strong factor too.

to add another perspective I would add an anarcho-communist to this list, be it Emma Goldman, Kropotkin, or Bookchin.
and as was stated above, there's really no need to identify with any one ideology, especially initially. It far healthier both for yourself, and for the movement as a whole, to explore the ideas before you ascribe to them.
