I cannot confirm these statistics as fact.

The last two statistics are frightening. 80% of prisoners incarcerated due to drugs? Legalize and control.

South Carolina's percentage is definitely a tad off imho. ;)

Most people use some kind of drug. Also, I generally consider alcohol a drug so I feel like all that stuff is way off.

Hmm. Well, that's true concerning Rx Drugs. I know more people that pop pills than people that don't pop them. I live in Florida though and we're the nation's leading consumer of Rx Medication. Oxycotin, Xanax Bars and Lortabs! Liquor is often used in combination with pills - which is often dangerous. -

I.e. Mixing alcohol with painkillers that contain Tylenol in them.

Drug use by ethnicity, what's the other 53%?

Drug use by ethnicity, what's the other 53%?I think they mean what percentage of each ethnic group are drug users, not the breakdown by of all drug dealers by race. I could be wrong, it's a confusing poll and I just can't believe that 10% of drug users are native American considering that they are not that much of the population - even if only 1% of white people used drugs, and 100% of natives did, I think white drug use, numerically, would still be higher (less than 1% of the population of the US is native American).

I'd assume that the other percentage is "decline to state".

Caffeine is actually considered a drug, and there are more adults addicted to it than any other drug. The withdrawal symptoms are headaches and irritability.

In the part saying "motor skill percentages", what exactly are they measuring? Reaction times? If so, how did they correct for factors such as age, fatigue, and practice (I can consistently win FPS deathmatches even when high as a kite)?

In any case, weren't people who smoke cannabis and drive shown to actually move slower than most other motorists?

I know I always did. It's called paranoia, lol.

I must suffer caffeine withdrawal every day. . . .

Yeah, driving high makes me go slower. Not so much the paranoia as I really feel like I'm going faster than I am.

I disagree with this part because its merely the fact that it is inappropriate to show this data within a pie chart. Because as you said its the percentage that use a drug within a race, and when you take the sum of all of those it is not necessarily 100% hence why it was 47% here, and instead of correcting the expression of the data they chose to add 53% other in order to make it look more legit; however, the addition of this figure is inherently incorrect.

I find the the whole thing quite reactionary actually.

Someone once told me that this is how the police figure out who to stop. In any case, you are an idiot to drive high.

Haha, I'm not a bad driver when I'm high. My driving skills are most affected when I've been drinking way too much. Besides, normally I avoid driving when I've been smoking.

Hm...nice catch. Didn't notice that.

I was taken aback by the 80% of prisoners in the US in for drug related offenses. I presume that they are only including US citizens in this figure, no?

I drove high on mushrooms once. Literally one of the scariest experiences of my entire life. Very regrettable.

Yea, I drive pretty damn well high. I was a delivery guy for a year and a half and I didn't have any problems. I was ripped out of my tree the whole time.

That said.
