I can see it.There's a picture of Stalin directly looking at the camera with his thumb on his nose and his little finger pointing at the camera,he's also got a big grin on his face.

To answer the question I guess he was just fooling around for whoever was taking the picture.
Either that or to haunt your dreams.

Only thing I can get out of it on picture information is that it was taken at some point in the 1930s and comes from the personal archives of one "E. Kovalenko". I don't know who that is though.
